Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Green Jungle Resort, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may attract partial or no refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

Date Modification

  • Date changes are subject to availability and seasonal price differences.
  • Modified bookings may not qualify for refunds.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond the resort’s control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
